All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship globally with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

15-Day Return Window: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Product must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Return process initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and legal considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Automatic Knives (all brands including Benchmade Auto, Boker Auto, California Legal Auto, Hogue Auto)
  • Assisted Opening Knives (Benchmade Assisted, Case Assisted, CRKT Assisted, Gerber Assisted, HTM Knives Assisted)
  • Any product that has been used, sharpened, or modified
  • Items with broken seals or tampered packaging

These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain product integrity for all our customers.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 2-4 business hours, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Pre-paid shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization number clearly visible
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Original packaging materials

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline & Methods

Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 3-5 business days to process
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days to process

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For eligible exchanges:

  • Same product in different configuration: Processed immediately
  • Different product: Price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • Exchange shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping, we cover new item shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you
  • Return shipping for defective items is always free
